We will. We are both into vacation mindset. Departure can't come soon enough!
I'll be following you both from this side of the pond. I know you're both getting antsy.
Don't recall if you walked the Cinque Terra during your last trip. If you are contemplating it, and, if you have a problem with heights, dooooo'nt!! Admit to having quit the trek in 2000 when the trail became a wall to the right and a sheer drop to the rocks and Ligurian Sea on the left, and a couple of three feet in between. Got off at the next stop, had a good lunch with lots of vino, and took the treno back.
Roy, we are really getting excited. The number of weekends between now and departure are closing in!
Joe, neither of us have been to Cinque Terre and we are looking forward to it! I'm good with 3 ft paths but not ones much narrower!
Those trails seem pretty narrow. One thing for sure, we won't be packing a shifting backpack when we set out!
